Details for Belan Bach Lodges
Situated near the village of Llangadfan in the heart of Wales and with commanding views of the Banwy Valley and surrounding hills is the lovely Belan Bach lodges site. This makes a great base for a relaxing holiday and is especially suitable for walkers as there are lots of trails and paths in the immediate area. The well known Glyndwr's Ways runs past the boundary of the site.
Our well constructed lodges can sleep either four or six people in comfort. Each lodge is south facing to make the most of its elevated position. The outside decking area is a great spot to relax in the sun and each lodge has the added benefit of its own private outdoor hot tub. Inside the lodges are tastefully furnished and include television and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washer / dryer is provided as standard so guests have everything they need for a self catering break or longer holiday. Wi-fi access is available on the site.
Being centrally situated there are lots of places to visit in just a short drive. The seaside towns of Barmouth and Aberdyfi with their safe sandy beaches are less than an hour away. Nature lovers and bird watchers can head to the RSPB reserve at Lake Vyrnwy to spot plenty of wildlife and birds. Other activities available there include a variety of water sports, climbing and quad biking. Serious walkers can head into the Snowdonia national park and explore some of the routes to be found amongst the stunning scenery. The National Trust site of Powis Castle and gardens is one of the best attractions in Wales and houses a superb collection of fine art and tapestries. The renowned gardens have both Italian and French themed areas.
