Positioned on the award winning Limefitt Park in the picturesque Troutbeck Valley is the privately owned Fellside Lodge. The lodge enjoys tremendous views across the valley, standing in an elevated position.

The 5 star park is set in the countryside but is just a short drive from Lake Windemere and the lovely villages of Bowness, Ambleside and Hawkshead, each having shops, cafes, and traditional pubs to explore.

The lodge can sleep up to four adults in complete comfort. The master bedroom has en suite facilities and a double bed while the second bedroom has twin beds. If required a high chair and cot can be supplied at no further cost. Each bedroom also enjoys its own TV and DVD player. The open plan lounge and dining area is furnished to a very high standard and includes a three piece suite in leather, freeview TV, DVD player, mini HiFi system and an Xbox 360 games console. The oak dining table and four chairs are perfect for enjoying a meal around, and the well appointed kitchen has all the appliances you would expect from a first rate lodge. Outside is a sun deck with garden furniture, perfect for unwinding and taking in the stunning views.

The lodge is a great base for walkers, mountain bikers and climbers of all abilities and benefits from having the River Troutbeck running through it. On the site there is a small shop stocking the basics and providing freshly baked bread on a daily basis.

A traditional English pub - The Haybarn is also on the site and serves good value meals and a selection of fine local ales. It has the benefit of a lovely beer garden for guests to appreciate the delightful views looking out towards Wansfell. The site also...
