With a superb setting in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park just a couple of minutes from Bala Lake the luxury lodge park of Pen-y-Garth is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax.

Set amongst stunning countryside and yet just a mile from the historic town of Bala the park covers some twenty four acres and each accommodation is sited to provide the maximum privacy for guests to enjoy the peace and quiet. Our well maintained lodges sleep up to four or six people in comfort in either two bedroom or three bedroom accommodation. Each lodge has an open plan living / dining area which is luxuriously furnished and includes television with DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons and appliances come as standard. Outside each lodge is a veranda area complete with outdoor furniture, the ideal spot to relax with a drink and take in the scenic views. Several of our lodges benefit from having a private outdoor hot tub for guests to unwind in after a day spent exploring the surrounding area.

On the park is a launderette, outdoor children's play area and a games room for guests to enjoy. Water sports lovers will find a large choice of activities at Bala Lake including surfing, wake boarding, sailing and canoeing.

This is a fantastic area for walking as the countryside has everything, from mountains almost three thousand feet high, to deep valleys with fast running streams and waterfalls. It is little wonder this area is known as the Welsh Lake District. The quaint town of Bala has shops, inns, restaurants and cafes to choose from.
